ML-SA1 是一种选择性 TRPML 激动剂，通过促进溶酶体酸化和蛋白酶活性来抑制登革热病毒 2 (DENV2) 和寨卡病毒 (ZIKV)。

ML-SA1 is a selective TRPML agonist, inhibits Dengue virus 2 (DENV2) and Zika virus (ZIKV) by promoting lysosomal acidification and protease activity. The IC50 value of ML-SA1 against DENV2 RNA and ZIKV RNA is 8.3 μM and 52.99 μM, respectively.
